1:1 Email: Reach Out When Replied To

Our new 1:1 email automation feature is great. It allows you to automate personalized messages coming from a connected email address and allows the contact to reply seamlessly. What could be better? How about automatically setting a task to respond with a contact replies?

This automation creates a deal task to reply via email when a contact responds to your 1:1 emails in an automation.

Here’s how 1:1 Email: Reach Out When Replied To works:

1. The automation is triggered when a contact replies to any of your 1:1 emails.
2. The contact then arrives at an “Add task” action and a task to respond to the email is created for the deal owner.
3. The contact exits the automation.
