This automation supports a multi-person sales team and adds new contacts to Deals and updates existing Deal record owners with new tasks to support a contact's preference to speak with the sales team. Through the integration with Bonjoro, there is an extra layer of personalized messaging as each representative will be notified to complete a personalized video message for the contact. Deals tasks will be assigned for personal accountability, and to provide insight for task reporting purposes.
