This automation follows the same system except only using ActiveCampaign, Acuity Scheduling & Zapier. It is a completely hands off process for managing website leads. It starts with someone filling in a form on your website. 5 minutes later your contact is sent an email asking them to answer a few short questions. Once they have done that, an email is sent to them asking them to schedule a time for a phone call on your calendar (again, all hands off till this point). Once they have scheduled the appointment you are notified of the appointment time & lead details.
