2. The automation checks to see if the contact's "Total Orders" is 1
3. If yes, The automation sends a "Thank you for your purchase and welcome to Company!" email
4. The automation waits for 2 days and sends a "Brand introduction" email
5. If no, the automation checks to see if the contact's "Total Orders" custom field data is 2
6. If yes, The automation sends a personalized, "Thank you for your purchase and nice to see you again!" email
7. The automation waits 2 days and sends an email reiterating your service, more information about your business, or anything else you want to include to your repeat customers
8. If no, the automation sends an email with even more information about your business, and you can include a discount code, coupon, special offer or other incentive to let your repeat customers of 3 or more orders know that you appreciate them
