Description

The Zoho CRM ActiveCampaign Connect solution satisfies your marketing needs. Create a one-way or two-way sync from CRM to Active Campaign, or the other way around, to sync and map all leads, contacts, and tags. Additionally, customized fields may be mapped. Create workflow rules to assign certain email lists and tags to prospects and customers. In CRM, related lists and notification signals will display ActiveCampaign reports.

  • Get sales signal notifications in Zoho CRM whenever the records are synced and updated. You can also get notified by email.
  • You can sync contacts or leads in two ways, one-way sync or two-way sync. You can tag the contacts or leads at the time of syncing by choosing the option in the settings widget.
  • You can choose the conflict resolution with either Zoho CRM or ActiveCampaign. When you want to insert a new API, you can check the previously applied API and then update it.
